Blogged.com is a great way to get your blogs front and center, attract more fans and generate new traffic. I’ve been a member of Blogged for just a short time and am impressed with the site so far, not only as a place to display all my latest feeds, but discover other blogs of interest as well. I’ve become a fan of several blogs and enjoy seeking out bloggers who write on topics of similar interest as mine. If you blog too, get connected at Blogged too.

I spent some time researching membership site tips today and got carried away with the articles written by authors (and brothers) Tim and Emile Bourquin of MemberCon.com. They offer a variety of money-making ideas and tips to help you grow your business. I found their recent post on “Should You Start a Forum or Message Board?” most helpful as this is something I’ve been pondering the last few days myself. Great content from brothers who know their stuff! Thanks guys!
I logged into Facebook a few minutes ago and was pleased to see the news flash at the top of the screen about how usernames will be implemented this weekend. Yay! Though I’ve been shortening my own long urls for some time now (see http://fromkarlyn.com/facebook) using a an a simple html redirect, I knew this was coming and was happy to see it arrive. I didn’t really understand what took so long, but anyways. Very soon, you’ll be able to have a more customized look to your facebook home url. Take a look at this example..

Facebook boasts; “Starting at 12:01 a.m. EDT on Saturday, June 13, you’ll be able to choose a username on a first-come, first-serve basis for your profile and the Facebook Pages that you administer by visiting www.facebook.com/username/. You’ll also see a notice on your home page with instructions for obtaining your username at that time.”
Got yours picked out? I do.

Retaggr boasts as being “Your Definitive Profile” and after signing up and using this site for a couple of weeks now, I have to agree.
