I so much enjoy Jacquie Lawson’s ecard designs that I wanted to post about it today. I’m always excited when Jacquie comes out with a new card and you can view a sample of her designs by clicking on the button to the left which will lead you to her site. It’s not a free e-card site. I belong to a few of those free e-card sites as well and use them quite regularly, especially the cute designs in the cards and stickies from my Care2 home.. and the always beautiful e-cards from American Greetings. However, when you send and give a Jacquie Lawson ecard, it just feels more special.. The art design is lovely, the music and the animation make it feel like a mini movie made just for you and the sender/receiver, and you never have to be concerned with other words, navigation or ugly advertising getting in the way of the sentiment because all of Jacquie Lawson’s e-cards are enjoyed as a delightful full-screen display. When you send and receive a Jacquie Lawson ecard, it’s special.

I got one of Jacquie’s e-cards for my birthday – it was THE BEST e-card I’d ever seen.
I agree with you about Jacque Lawson cards. They are beautiful, fun to watch, and perfect for when you can’t get to the store to purchase one.

I’ve used the Lawson cards for several years and I agree there’s something special about them. HOWEVER, I’m going to discontinue my subscription because their customer-service leaves a lot to be desired. Several times I have tried to help them, including pointing out a copyright infringement on Jacque’s artwork from another site, and I wasn’t even thanked for my help. Instead, I received a cold, minimal, pro-forma email (not automated–clearly from a person) in each case. What does it take to say “Thanks for being a loyal customer for 4 years and thanks for looking out for us”? The feeling I have from my interaction with the Lawson staff is THE OPPOSITE of the warm, friendly, attentive sense that I agree their cards convey. Even when I asked why they were so inattentive customer-service-wise, they didnt’ answer. Enough! There are other talented e-card designeres in the world.
