HOWEVER, I'm going to discontinue my subscription because their customer-service leaves a lot to be desired. Several times I have tried to help them, including pointing out a copyright infringement on Jacque's artwork from another site, and I wasn't even thanked for my help. Instead, I received a cold, minimal, pro-forma email (not automated--clearly from a person) in each case. What does it take to say "Thanks for being a loyal customer for 4 years and thanks for looking out for us"? The feeling I have from my interaction with the Lawson staff is THE OPPOSITE of the warm, friendly, attentive sense that I agree their cards convey. Even when I asked why they were so inattentive customer-service-wise, they didnt' answer. Enough! There are other talented e-card designeres in the world.
