		<description>I&#039;ve used the Lawson cards for several years and I agree there&#039;s something special about them.  HOWEVER, I&#039;m going to discontinue my subscription because their customer-service leaves a lot to be desired.  Several times I have tried to help them, including pointing out a copyright infringement on Jacque&#039;s artwork from another site, and I wasn&#039;t even thanked for my help.  Instead, I received a cold, minimal, pro-forma email (not automated--clearly from a person) in each case. What does it take to say &quot;Thanks for being a loyal customer for 4 years and thanks for looking out for us&quot;?  The feeling I have from my interaction with the Lawson staff is THE OPPOSITE of the warm, friendly, attentive sense that I agree their cards convey.  Even when I asked why they were so inattentive customer-service-wise, they didnt&#039; answer.  Enough!  There are other talented e-card designeres in the world.</description>
