Jacquie Lawson Cards and Screens

on 6-28-2008 in Internet

The most beautiful selection of greeting cards online are the ones I’ve seen created by Jacquie Lawson. Since 2002, Jacquie Lawson has been creating these beautiful works of art for download and sending to friends and loved ones. She has over 100 designs, good for an assortment of holidays and special dates all year-round. One of my personal favorites is a brand new design titled “E Pluribus Unum”, that I just sent to several of my friends.  Take a visit to Jacquie Lawson and see what I mean..

  1. Hi-

What are your fees for a surprise birthday party invitation design?

Let me know — I need help!

    Thanks-

    Pennie

  2. I cannot view the card I got. I went to every link on the site (help, contact us, comments, etc.) and followed all the instructions. Nothing worked. The MOST frustrating thing is Lawson, for some reason, hides. One cannot email a question that is not covered in the FAQ to the company and the “help” links are circular — there is no way to get an answer to a question posted on the site — they just send you round and round telling you to keep trying the same stupid thing that won’t work. NOT a customer-friendly company.

  3. Does anyone know what has happened to the Jacqui Lawson website. I was a member – but had some things go wrong with my computer, job, life, etc. Didn’t go there for awhile. Got a new computer – things evened out – went to the site to send a card realized my email address has changed – so tried to join with a new email and pay the fee. Site keeps telling me my membership has expired and sending me on a round and round back to the same. Can’t reach anyone – won’t let you enter a new email – tells you an error has occurred over and over. Is anyone home there – is the site out of business? What do you do when you cannot contact anyone???

  4. Hmm, not sure what to say about that. I’m sure you’ve already tried these, but there is a lot of info:

When you tried purchasing a new membership with your new email, you still got an error? I hope something works out for you, sorry.

  5. how do I change screen savers?

  6. I want to get rid of this screen saver I have now.Sue

  7. Hi Sue,

I use Windows XP, so assuming you are running a current windows version also, this is what you do:

Minimize your browser and any other open programs, so that all you see if your computer’s desktop area.

Right-click on the desktop, Choose “Properties”, then choose the “Desktop” tab and you will see all your wallpaper choices there. Make your selection and press “OK”.

Here are a couple of visuals to help:

  8. Hi
I too have lost my usual connection to Jacquie’ website when they cleaned my computer, so thanks a lot for your assistance.

  9. It seems silly that I even need to clarify this, but apparently I do. Folks, I cannot help you with your Jacquie Lawson card memberships. I was a member in 2008 and wrote the original post (above) because I enjoyed the service and wanted to share it with my site visitors. If you have issues with the site (or any site for that matter), you always need to contact them directly. Thanks. =)

  10. I renewed my subscription for 2 years last Dec.2010-my present subscription does not expire until Feb. 2011. For the last month I have not been able to reach the right site to send a card. It is far from easy now to use your service. Please advise.
    Thank You

  11. Once again, the Jacquie Lawson card site is NOT MY site. The Jacquie Lawson site is located at http://www.jacquielawson.com and the login is at the top of the screen. I hope that helps.
