Know Twitter

What’s Twitter? Why Twitter? I hear this a lot, from friends who don’t get it. It’s not a blog, it’s not an IM, just check it out. Then I came upon this video that I enjoyed and thought I would share to help explain how Twitter works and why it’s a fun way to keep in touch. I hope it helps you too. Hi Karlyn,
I can’t believe how twitter evolved for me. I don’t follow my friends because they don’t twitter. I follow online friends so I can gather the latest news and technology. I learn every day from following the links to good stories. Its like my morning newspaper replacement.

Cute video. My off line friends and family are totally clueless when they hear about online things such as Twitter. So everyone I follow is all my online friends. Twitter rocks! It’s so much fun to feel that ’social connection’ on a regular basis because that’s one of the things I miss about working outside the home – the ‘water cooler’ talk/interaction.
